Jace Lee (이주은) is a painter based in Cleveland, Ohio. Her practice is concerned with language, materiality, and systems of sense-making. Her works are a negotiation of energy, text and form. She draws inspiration from museum collections, dreams, her writing practice, and the natural and built environment. Lee graduated with a BFA in Painting from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2021.
